Steel that outlives the mortgage
26-gauge CentralGuard® Ultra panel over an AZ55 Galvalume® substrate on every building we put up — lifetime paint warranty, 30-year fade, 50-year perforation. We do not stock 29-gauge, so nobody gets talked down to thinner steel.
Columns kept out of the dirt
Our standard build sets laminated columns on Perma-Column brackets anchored in concrete, so the wood stays above grade, where rot can't start at the post line. Treated 6×6 posts set in the ground are available as a lower-cost option.
A firm number, not a range
We walk your site before we put a number on paper, and the proposal you sign lists every scope in it and everything it excludes. If something outside that turns up in the dirt, you see the cost before we do the work — never after.
